Trika (S) Pte Ltd

1. Trika (S) Pte Ltd guarantees every person who has purchased a showcase manufactured by Trika from either an authorised Trika dealer or directly from Trika (S) Pte Ltd itself, that this showcase will be free from damage or defects in material or workmanship under our five year warranty from the date of purchase subject to the following conditions. In the unlikely event of such an event occurring within this period, Trika will remedy this at no cost to the customer by repairing or—if a repair is not possible—provide the customer with a new showcase.

2. Excluded from this warranty is wear and tear. Claims under this warranty are also invalid if the showcase has defects or damage caused by improper use or when the showcase shows indications of external influence or intervention by unauthorised persons, for example improper repair.

What is covered under this Limited Warranty?
The limited warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for all Studuo, Bella and Cubes showcase products, from the date of purchase.

Duration of Limited Warranty:
Each limited warranty lasts for the number of years stated against each product below, starting from the date of purchase.

Conditions for the Limited Warranties:
The limited warranties are valid from the date of purchase. The original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase. This limited product warranty is subject to our standard Terms & Conditions as stipulated on our website.

Warranty Claims

Anyone wishing to avail themselves of this warranty must contact the dealer from whom they bought it, including the original invoice and a completed warranty book. After consultation and an inspection by us (or our agent), the showcase can also be sent directly / or collected by Trika to the following address :

Trika will cover the cost of sending and returning the showcase if Trika detects a fault covered by this warranty. If the customer sends the showcase in, the customer bears all risks associated with the shipment, in particular loss or damage to the showcase during shipping.
